Custom Massage - At Symmetry Massage and Wellness we believe that every client should receive a massage that is designed specifically to fit their needs. We understand that you may need a Swedish massage on some parts of your body and deep tissue on others, so for this reason we offer one a custom massage that is designed just for you and your needs to bring you into total symmetry.  This massage is paired with our Symmetry House Tea.

Swedish Massage - A relaxing blend of smooth and flowing strokes to melt the tension from your body. This massage is paired with our Stress Away Tea that will leave you feeling mentally and physically relaxed.

Deep Tissue – In our deep tissue massage we utilized deeper strokes to help relieve tension from areas that are chronically tight or sore.   This massage is ideally paired up with our Chocolate Peppermint Muscle Repair Tea.

Trigger Point - A combination of deep tissue strokes and trigger point techniques are used to release trigger points that are caused from over strained muscle fibers. This massage is pair with our Chocolate Peppermint Muscle Repair Tea and we promise you won’t be disappointed.

Hot Stone Massage - Warm Basalt stones are used to massage your tired stressed out muscles. This massage is great for balancing the mind and body. As you leave your hot stone massage you will get to indulge in our Comfort My Soul Tea. This is the perfect combination of relaxation and comfort.

Aroma Therapy Massage - Essential oils have different healing properties that work on a physical and mental level. Essential oils can be used for a variety of ailments from muscle pain, stress, arthritis, sprains, depression, and insomnia just to name a few. Combing Essential oils with massage is a truly one of the most effective ways to allow your mind and body unwind. The massage will have a tea customized to your needs for that day. This is the ultimate in custom massages!

Reflexology Experience - The underlying theory behind reflexology is that all of your vital organs and glands are located in your hands and feet.  When pressure is applied to these specific points on the hands and feet it corresponds to that particular organ and helps to balance the whole body. In this particular treatment we will wrap your feet in warm hot towels, soak your feet in paraffin, as the paraffin does its work we will make you a pot of our signature house tea for you to enjoy as we work on your feet. This truly is an experience you don’t want to miss!

Reiki - The word Reiki means universal life energy. When you receive a Reiki treatment the therapist helps to transmit this universal life energy back to you. When this is done it helps to rebuild the energy in your body. This rebuilding of energy helps with a variety of health conditions not to mention it relieves stress and fatigue. We have paired this massage with our Comfort My Soul Tea. This is the perfect treatment for you if you are feeling run down and need a recharge.

Paraffin Wax - Paraffin wax Is a great way to relief muscle tension while moisturizing the body at the same time.

 Aroma therapy towel treatments - Hot moist towels are soaked in essential oils and then applied to a specific area on the body to help aid in relaxation, relief muscle soreness and calm the mind. This treatment can be applied to any part of the body. It feels great on the back and feet!

Body Scrubs - To exfoliate, moisturize and nourish the skin, smooth away dry, dull skin from the surface uncovering the radiant healthy skin beneath. Your skin is left feeling silky smooth, deeply moisturized and glowing with good health.

Detoxification Body Wrap

Detoxification should be a part of our lives as a regular way to “unload” harmful toxins that we absorb from our environment. These toxins cause disease, lack of energy and the storage of excess weight or fat.

The purpose of a detoxification wrap is to help the body release these toxins and replace them with nutrients to help repair damage that the toxins may have caused. Detoxification wraps are a great compliment to a weight loss system, detoxification program, or if you have found yourself feeling sluggish and run down.

Sun Goddess Wrap

This wrap is designed to repair the skin after it has been damaged from too much sun or tanning.  This wrap has a special blend of herbs and antioxidants that will help rejuvenate and repair the skin after those long summer days in the sun. 

These treatments are not recommend for clients that are claustrophobic, have high or low blood pressure, suffer from autoimmune disorder, sun burned, pregnant, or elderly.
